These terms cover your use of sasharunsads.com, the services I provide as Sasha Runs Ads (“I”, “me”), and the text messages I send. By using the site, booking a call or working with me, you agree to them. If you and I sign a separate agreement, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.

Using this site

• Use it for its purpose: learning about my services and booking a call.
• Give accurate information when you answer the questions or book a call.
• Don’t try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

The words, design and images on this site belong to me or are used with permission. Client results shown here are real, but they are one firm’s results and not a promise of yours. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or financial advice.

What I do for clients

I build and run a system that brings qualified prospects to your calendar. Depending on what we agree, that includes:

• Your offer and positioning, and who the ads should reach
• Ad copy, images and video scripts, with new ads tested every month
• Campaign setup, launch, daily monitoring and optimization on Facebook and Instagram
• Your landing page, booking questions, calendar, reminders and follow-up
• A monthly report on calls booked, cost per call and show-up rate

My job is to put qualified prospects on your calendar. Your job is to take the calls and win the clients. The exact scope, fees and start date for your firm are confirmed in writing before work begins.

What I need from you

• About an hour up front to walk me through your offer and your best clients
• Access to your Meta ad account, Facebook page and calendar or CRM
• Approval of new ads within 48 hours
• Ad spend of at least $1,500 a month
• Taking the calls that get booked, and telling me how they went

You’re responsible for what your firm offers and promises. If someone at your firm signs off on marketing, they approve the ads before they go live. If these things don’t happen, results can suffer, and the guarantee below may not apply.

Fees and costs

• My fees: a one-time setup fee, due before work starts, then a monthly fee, billed in advance each month.
• Ad spend: paid by you directly to Meta, through your own ad account and card. It’s separate from my fees, and I never hold your ad budget.
• Other tools: things like your CRM, software subscriptions or paid video production are yours to pay, unless we agree otherwise.

If an invoice is more than 14 days late, I may pause the work until it’s paid. If you have a question about a charge, please email me first so we can sort it out quickly, before going to your bank.

My guarantee

If you don’t get 5 qualified calls in your first 30 days after launch, I keep working for free until you do. A qualified call is someone who answered the questions on your page and booked a time. The guarantee applies as long as you spend at least $1,500 a month on ads, approve new ads within 48 hours, and take the calls. “Free” means my monthly fee is paused; ad spend is still paid to Meta.

Apart from this guarantee, I can’t promise specific results, such as a number of new clients or a revenue figure. Ad results depend on things neither of us fully controls, including Meta, your market and your sales process.

Refunds and ending the work

Either of us can end the work with 30 days’ written notice; email is fine. Fees already paid aren’t refundable once the work for that period has started. The guarantee is how I make it right if the calls don’t come. When we stop, I hand everything over and remove my access.

Who owns what

You do. The ads, copy, images, landing page and calendar I build for you are yours, and they live in your own accounts, along with your contacts and ad data. If I host the page and calendar for you, I’ll transfer them on request. I keep the right to use my general know-how, templates and methods with other clients, and, with your permission, to mention you as a client.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information private, including your numbers, your clients, your leads and your sales process, and I ask you to do the same for my methods and pricing. This continues after we stop working together.

Meta and other platforms

Ads run on platforms I don’t control. Meta may reject ads, limit reach, change its rules or restrict accounts. I follow Meta’s advertising policies, including its rules for financial services, and I’ll work to fix any problem quickly, but I’m not responsible for decisions Meta makes.

How we work together

I’m an independent contractor, not your employee. I work with other firms too, including other tax planners. I do the work myself and don’t hand your account to anyone else.

Limits of liability

I provide this site and my services with care, but “as is”, without warranties beyond what these terms say. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the 3 months before it. Each of us is responsible for claims caused by our own breach of these terms, and you’re responsible for the accuracy of what your firm offers and promises in its ads.

Text messages

When you book a call, you can choose to receive texts from Sasha Runs Ads. These texts are about your call: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling links and replies to your questions.

• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per booked call.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email me at hello@sasharunsads.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking a call or working with me.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How I handle your phone number and consent is covered in my privacy policy. In short, no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we ever disagree, let’s talk first. If that doesn’t settle it, any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top. Changes don’t affect work already agreed in writing unless we both agree.
